Full Proposal

Applicants should not send a proposal unless invited to do so by Trust staff.  When an applicant is invited to submit a proposal, details about the proposal requirements will be provided.  An invitation to submit a proposal does not imply that your request will be funded, only that the Trust is interested in a more indepth consideration.  The proposal submission instructions are included in the proposal invitation.

The review and evaluation process for proposals generally takes approximately three to five months.  During this period, applicants may be asked to submit additional information.  If, after careful consideration, a proposal is not approved, the applicant will be notified by mail.

Four times a year, the Trustees review proposals recommended for funding.  Successful applicants will receive an award letter by mail.

Organizations that receive grant funding will be required to submit progress reports.

We do not accept requests for introductory meetings and discourage personal visits to the AdminiTrust office by applicants.  However, if you have questions, feel free to contact the Grants Manager.
